Solutions To Some Common Fabric Stains

Everyone loves clean clothes. Rather, every sane person loves clean clothes. That is why we immediately feel upset if we notice a stain on them. Some stains are not really a cause for worry because they can easily be removed. Stains from dust, creams or earth are easily removed. But there are stubborn stains that just don’t go with normal washing. These are the stains we want to find their solutions to. Blood stains, grass stains tomato sauce stains, grease stains, and lipstick stains are very difficult stains. Let’s see how they can be removed from our fabrics.

Grass Stains

Grass stains could occur if we hang around vegetation. If we play soccer, then this should be a regular occurrence. If this happens to you, don’t fret. Just get some Hydrogen peroxide, generously apply it over the stained area. Leave it for some time and wash off the fabric. The stain is gone.

Stain From Tomato Sauce

Most common kitchen stain. If you have kids, I’m sure you must have had to deal with this a couple of times. No,  bleach won’t solve the problem. The solution involves just two things; boiled water and baking soda. Simply pour boiling water on the stained area and sprinkle baking soda on it. Then rub it vigorously for a while. After that, rinse the fabric.

Grease Stains

Grease stains are the worst for me. If you use your regular laundry soap, you may find it difficult to get it off the fabric. Instead, use dish soap. You can soak the fabric in dish soap. Also, rub the area with the stain very well. Then, rinse the fabric with hot water. The stains will be gone.

Lipstick Stains

Ladies, get in here. If this isn’t a problem for you, I don’t know what is. How do you get lipstick stain out of your clothes? It’s simple, you use glycerin. Simply pour the glycerin over the affected area. Then wash with your regular launder detergent and rinse in warm water.

Blood Stains

We will not talk about the source of the blood. We’ll stick to how to get the stains out. Use Hydrogen peroxide. Simply dab the stained part in the chemical. Rinse it after a while. After that, use your regular detergent to wash the clothes.
